We operate in two, well-equipped clinics with highly trained and friendly professionals ready to provide you the utmost in quality health care. We are dedicated to restoring function with dignity and respect. Summit offers a complete range of rehabilitation services. We are comprised of licensed physical and occupational therapists and our dedicated multidisciplinary teams work one-on-one with patients and families to achieve the most positive outcomes. Our goal is to provide an environment that blends compassionate people, outstanding care and a commitment to your overall quality of life.
